To use CashMo, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

• You must create an account to access certain features of CashMo. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information as necessary.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of Services

• CashMo provides various financial services, including but not limited to mobile recharges, Aadhaar banking, bill payments, and money transfers. You agree to use these services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You may not use CashMo for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the platform or its services.

Fees and Charges

• CashMo may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by any governmental authority related to your use of CashMo.

Commissions and Referral Program

• CashMo offers commissions on certain transactions, such as mobile recharges and Aadhaar withdrawals. The commission structure is subject to change at our discretion.

• The referral program allows you to earn rewards by inviting others to join CashMo. Rewards are subject to the terms of the referral program, which may be updated periodically.

Transactions and Payment

• By initiating a transaction through CashMo, you authorize us to process the transaction and charge your account accordingly.

• We are not responsible for any errors in transactions caused by incorrect information provided by you. Please review all transaction details carefully before confirming.

Security

• CashMo implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you agree to use the platform at your own risk.

• You are responsible for securing your device and account information. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashMo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of CashMo shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms.

• Upon termination, your right to use CashMo will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in effect.

Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with CashMo are the property of Arthvriksh Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any such content without our prior written consent.

• You retain ownership of any content you submit through CashMo. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the platform.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the CashMo platform. Your continued use of CashMo after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of CashMo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
